SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs are free for purchases of €50 or more. For orders of a lower amount, you will be able to see the shipping cost during the purchase process.

*Free shipping is NOT compatible with other promotions.

Returns

1. Send us an email at hello@medusabay.com indicating the product you want to return.
2. Send the package at your expense to the following address:
   MEDUSA BAY COMPANY SL Camino de los Sitios No. 6, Warehouse 4 Talamanca de Jarama, Madrid, 28160

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn and with all original brand tags attached to the garment. If you cancel or return one or more items, you will be refunded. Once we have inspected the returned items, we will issue the refund (excluding shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.
The refund will be issued automatically, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will appear in your bank account within 5-7 business days after processing or within 1-3 days if payment was made via Paypal.
