How will I know if my order has been placed correctly?

A few minutes after placing the order you will receive a confirmation email with the order information.

How I can cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, you must send an email to hello@medusabay.com as quickly as possible and, if the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it. If not, you must request a return once you receive the package.

How much is the shipping?

For an order equal to or greater than €50, shipping costs will be free. If your order is less than this amount, follow the purchase process to see the shipping cost.

How long does shipping take?

The shipment will arrive at your home within a maximum period of 4 calendar days

Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands?

Yes, for orders over €50, shipping will be free. If your order is less, you must consult the conditions in the purchasing process.

Are returns allowed?

Yes, you have a period of 30 days to make the return. Send us an email to hello@medusabay.com indicating the product you want to return.

When do I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued automatically, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will appear in your bank account within 5 to 7 business days after processing or within 3 to 5 days if the payment was made by Paypal.

What are the payment options?

The payment methods enabled in our online store are credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Meta Pay.

Are our products produced in Spain?

Most of our garments are made in Spain. We work with local suppliers and collaborators contributing to a sustainable process, from start to finish.

Is Medusa Bay a sustainable brand?

We are a responsible brand with our customers, our industry and the ecosystem. Most of our garments are manufactured in Spain with the strictest quality and sustainability processes.


All our caps and sweatshirts are made with 100% Cotton.
Our shirts and t-shirts have GOTS certification https://global-standard.org/ , a seal that guarantees that a fabric comes strictly from organic fibers, ensuring its quality and sustainability.


Our cargo swimsuits are made from recycled polyester produced from recycled sources, especially PET bottles, waste from polyester industries or even clothing.

How can I register on the website?

What do I do if the product arrives damaged during transportation?

Send us an email to hello@medusabay.com indicating the incident and we will contact you as soon as possible.

How can I check the status of my order?

At the time you make the purchase, the transport company will inform you of the status of your order via email.
